Why has my order been returned to you?Updated 2 months ago
There are several possible reasons your order may have been returned:
- Incorrect or Incomplete Address – If the delivery address provided was inaccurate or missing details, the courier may have been unable to complete the delivery.
- Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts – The courier may have tried to deliver your order multiple times without success, resulting in the package being returned.
- Unclaimed at Pickup Point – If your order was sent to a collection point and not picked up within the allotted time, it may have been returned to us.
- Delivery Refused – If the package was refused at the delivery address, it would have been sent back.
If your order has been returned, we’ll be in touch to confirm the next steps and arrange either a redelivery or a refund. If you need help in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.
