We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

To start a return, simply contact our customer service team. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you’ve received the wrong item, contact us right away. We’ll review the issue and work quickly to make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
  • Custom products like personalised items or special orders
  • Personal care items such as beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we’re unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item separately. 

 

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
