What is the challenge 25 policy?Updated 2 months ago

Challenge 25 is a legal requirement in Scotland when selling alcohol.  We are required to have a policy to verify the age of customers who appear to be under 2.  Under this policy, if the courier believes the recipient looks under 25, they are required to ask for valid photo identification, (such as a passport or drivers license) to prove the recipient is at least 18 years old.

If the recipient is unable to provide valid ID, the delivery will not be completed, and the order may be returned to us. Please ensure someone of legal drinking age is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
