If you’ve missed a delivery, our couriers (DPD, DHL, or Royal Mail) will usually try again or leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule. You may also receive an email or text with a link to rearrange delivery or provide further instructions.
For alcohol orders, please ensure someone of legal drinking age is available to sign for the package on the next attempt.
If the delivery is missed multiple times, the parcel may be returned to us. In that case, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery or issue a refund.
