I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?Updated a year ago

We conduct thorough checks to ensure all items are included in your order, so it’s rare for something to be missing. However, if you do find that an item is missing, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Have your order number and details of the missing item ready, and we’ll investigate the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange for the missing item to be sent to you as quickly as possible or offer a refund, depending on your preference.
